AS YOU'LL RECALL, I recently did a write-up on The Drive-Ins, a very in-demand 50s & 60s duo out of Cedar Rapids (if you missed it, click here.) The Drive-Ins consist of two extremely talented and busy fellows by the names of Brook Hoover and Trevor Treiber. They not only play in the duo, but they both also have full-schedules performing with the nationally-acclaimed, Surf Zombies. If that weren't enough, they each have side gigs: Brook teaches guitar and produces excellent YouTube tutorials on guitar tips; and Trevor has an alter ego known as Trevor Blendour, channeling an '80s punk/rock persona chock full o' catchy tunes and lyrical hooks!
